Jom turun skolah! ☺

Even after almost two months after the Sg Sedim~Sg Pinang Expedition, we still had some work to do about it. The final phase of this year's programme was the post-program questionnaires as well as the CD and certificates. Thats why this morning, me, Salleh and Arep found ourselves heading towards both schools.

Actually, sgt la rindu kat bebudak ni. Even if they were a bit more cheeky than last years students..

Not much to share pun, just a bit on what made me sooo happy! Hahah..

At To' Kandu, when we wanted to go back, the students said they had something to say..

Pergi hutan cari kayu
Kami jumpa ikan puyu
Kami rindu kat kak Ayu
Ingatan kami ingat selalu!

Sweet okay! Hahah.. terharu sy ☺

Then at SKPJ, the first thing I noticed when we saw the students was ADIB ku yg chumel! Hahaha.. he was shouting 'kak Ayuuuuuuuu' while waving with both his hands.. alahaiiiiiiiii! Of course la kat skolah ni we were 'received' differently haha.. ngan bising nye ape la.. just a bit 'control' la kot diorg since the Headmaster was with us all the time. Tu pun sempat la lagi nak gaduh with Amin, Aiman, Zaqqim, Fattah (yg senyap skit) dan lain².. and dpt la cubit pipi Adib byk kali!

Rindunye la kat korg!! Heheh..

KKAM@Kuala Woh ~ Final entry

So the final day, eveyone woke up bright and early.

First, lets look at the posters done by all eight groups here..

Then came the judging by a panel of judges..

..and whilst they did their work, the students were getting ready for the talent show.

So all in all, it ended well.. last but not least, sile tgk fasi² ni yg bergambo ngan kunci mane tahhhhh hehe..

KKAM@Kuala Woh ~ Rehearsal & Final Touches

So setelah students naik dari air dan disuruh mandi.. rupenye tak boleh rehat lagik ye?

Whilst waiting for dinner, everyone ws asked to assemble in their own groups for TWO more tasks. The first one being: Scrap book preparation for the recent activity.

Rajin kan diorg ni.. tp mesti dlm hati geram sbb kene wat keje jugak lagi upenye heheh..

Ni my group yg setelah kene marah, terpakse baik skit ngan fasi garang mereke ini. Takut kene marah lagikah? =p

Aikkk adik.. tak cukup meje ke sampai buat keje dlm longkang tu? Sampai tak pandang kiri kanan dah tuu..

Yg ni pulak, sempat je posing sambil cari idea for group poster.

Ade jugak group yg di'bantu' (Ehemmm.. private joke!) cikgu masing² hehe..

Second task pulak ape ye? ==> Preparation for the talent show during the closing ceremony ?

Macam² tmpt dipilih untuk buat latihannye dan mcm² gaya..

Malam pulak, studetns had to present their results on the chemical and bio indicators test done earlier (sblm mandi bersuke ria itu). Menarik²~~ 

And lastly before tidur, they had a short talk by mak cik Nab on water management

Maka, setelah seharian melalui hari yg penat, kami biarkan shj student² bermain air.. but only because cikgu sekolah yg benarkan. Klau harap kat kitorg, tak terdaya kot sbb students ramai tuuu..

Anyway, at first we were imagining a long nap but some of us had a better idea.. jeng³! Apekah?

Klau students leh mandi sungai, nape fasi tak bleh kan? Heheh..

TERJUUUUUUNNNNNNN!!

Lagak seperti tak penah jumpe air pun ade nih heheh..

Dan lihatlah fasi² bergumbira.. seriusly, air kat sini sgt sejuk dan sgt bes!

KKAM@Kuala Woh ~ Chemical & Bio-indicators

After lunch was my favourite activity hehe.. ye! Kak Ayu ni mmg suke buat bende dlm sungai ni.. just like all the other facilitators jugak kaaannn =p

Sblm ape², there was a brief reminder from En Nazim, the IHP representative.

The briefing for the next activity was given by the JPS representative yg I don't remember the name wpun dah bertahun berprogramme.. oppsss!

Then everyone was told to get into their groups (Two groups combined for one bigger group so there were 4 group in whole. My group was to combine with Arep's group). The appointed leaders were to get all the tools needed..

..and this boy sgt tak sabo kan! Hehe.. berminat sungguh dia ni..

Then we took the walk to the appointed places for the activity. Erkkk?!? Knp muke kak Ayu ni mcm tak puas ati je ngan tukang amik gambo ni? Hahah..

Ape² pun, mesti la fasi turun air dulu heheheh..

So whilst the students watched with envy, me and Arep entered the water to demonstrate on what to do. Our group is the one in orange tu ☺

The first activity was the chemical indicators of the water. Each group had their own facilitator doing the tests while they just wrote down the outcome of the simple tests done.

Contohnye di sini, you can see the outcome for the test for phosphate content in the water. You just had to compare the results with the chart already prepared by the JPS for this.

Now, the next one was my favourite.. and no doubt, everyone elses too! Bio-Indicators!

So here's me and Arep demonstarting on how to catch the organismes while trying not to hurt them and how to check for them.

Sementara itu, ini Dr Mail menjage the sempadan for students.. just in case they decide to wander off kaaann..

So here are the students doing it themselves pulak.

As can be seen here, some of them wanted to catch the organismes while the others choose to be the identifyers of the caught organisme.

Tu tak pe jugak.. ni ade some yg decided to abandon the activity and terus mandi je.. adehhhh!! Sabo je lahhh..

So ni gambo fasi yg dah outta wits on how to control the students while wishing we had eyes at the back at our heads jugakk~~

KKAM@Kuala Woh ~ Water Quality Test

One of the activities was to test the water quality from a dirty river.  I don't really remember the name of the river.. sorry!

Ohh.. sebelum tu.. kitorg dpt t-shirt baru dr JPS disini hehe..

We took the bus from the camp site to go to the river. Ade la jugak case skit kat sini kot. Apparantly, since we were invited to be there, we were to go on a bus provided by the JPS whilst the accompanying teachers and students went on their school buses. However, the teachers semuanye berlari² naik the JPS bus which was more comfortable by the way, leaving us with the students.

Actually, we don't really mind taking care of the students since if it was the Sg Sedim ~ Sg Pinang programme, THAT was our responsibility. However, the case here was that one of the teachers ORDERED us to go on the school bus.. in quite a harsh tone as if we were pesky university students who were a nuisance instead of a help to them. Aisyy.. takpe laaa.. kitorg dapat la latih kesabaran kitorg kan ☺

Ok, back to the programme.. we arrived at the site which was near a mosque and sat in groups since Dr Mail and kak Nab would only be briefing one group at a time for a more focused discussion. Kang ramai² sgt, ade yg tak dapat faham or tak dpt ikut pulak kan..

Dan ini 2 fasi yg sentiase aware of the camera, Arep and Anim hehe..

Then, one by one the groups were called to the riverside for the demonstration.

The demo was done by Dr Mail. you can see the apparatus used for it. I'm not really familiar with it since I'm not actually an environmental engineering student hehe.. but I've seen it before during our Sg Sedim ~ Sg Pinang programme.

The students were asked to write down the findings and were given a few minutes for some Q&A.

Then before balik, we rechecked with the students on what they had written.. just in case they didn't write what they should have (Which was actually the case here.. *sigh*)]

Lepas tu, dengan penat² nye kami pun bersedia untuk pulang ke campsite.. tp kak Dayah penat² pun sempat sengih kat camera hehe..

Sampai at the campsite, the students were given a short briefing of the activities on the afternoon before they were allowed to go for lunch

..dan bile tikus² dah tak ade, kucing² pun ambik gambo heheheh.. Ohh, sgt pendek kan sy!

Then.. off to lunch! Fasi pun lapo wooooooo..
